Seems to me that there is a bug in the hardware. A pulse that should by default is not coming.
Hope this bug is caught and fixed asap. Btw due to lack of equipment (LA) I am unable to proceed further in my analysis.
It is terrible the amount of time it takes to get an LA down here.
